Partner Program Terms

Effective 20 July 2026. These terms govern the Veyamoon Creator Program — creators who partner with us through Shopify Collabs. If you want to partner without a following as an Everyday Ambassador, or share with friends for store credit, see our full Partner & Ambassador Program Terms.

1. How the Creator Program works

  • Commission: 15% of net order value (after discounts, before tax and shipping) on every sale you drive.
  • Your audience gets 10% off their first order with your unique creator code.
  • Tracking: your unique code and link, with a 30-day, last non-direct click attribution window.
  • Approval is manual. Every creator is reviewed before being added to the program. We may decline or remove anyone at our discretion, including where content is inconsistent with the brand.
  • You may run our program alongside LTK, ShopMy, Amazon Associates or any other — no exclusivity, no content quota. No minimum follower count.
  • Insiders: employees, contractors, family and household members of Veyamoon may not participate as ordinary creators — insider endorsements carry separate disclosure duties. Talk to us first.

2. Commission & payment

  • Paid by PayPal or store credit. Minimum payout: $50 cash / $25 store credit; balances below the threshold roll forward.
  • Commission is held for 50 days from the order date to cover the return-and-refund window, then released. Refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders earn nothing, and any commission already released on them is reversed from your next payout.
  • If two partners touch an order, the last non-direct click is paid. We do not split.
  • Tax: US creators supply a W-9 before first payout; we issue a 1099-NEC where required. Store credit is compensation and is reportable the same as cash. Non-US creators supply a W-8BEN. Your tax position is your own.

3. Disclosure — required by law

Under the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), every post containing your link or code must clearly disclose that you earn a commission — even a bare tag of @veyamoon with no caption. We are responsible for our endorsers' disclosures, so we monitor and enforce this. "Clear and conspicuous" is a placement standard: the disclosure must be hard to miss, understandable by your audience, and in the same medium as the post.

Format What's required
Text / caption Disclosure above the fold, before any "more" cut — not buried in a hashtag pile.
Video with sound Both on-screen text and spoken. One is not enough.
Stories / Reels / short form On screen long enough to read, early in the content.
Blog / article Above the first affiliate link, not in a site-wide footer.
Podcast Spoken.

Acceptable: "#ad", "#sponsored", "Paid partnership", "I earn a commission on this link." Not acceptable: "#collab", "#partner", "#ambassador", "sp", "spon", a buried hashtag, or a disclosure hidden on a different page than the link. If a platform won't let you disclose clearly, don't use it for our links. Non-compliant content must be fixed within 48 hours, or the account is closed and unpaid commission forfeited.

4. Reviews — we never pay for reviews

Under the FTC Rule on Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), we do not — and you may not — offer anything in exchange for a review, or for a review expressing a particular sentiment. Accordingly:

  • Creator status is never granted, upgraded, or conditioned on writing a review or on its star rating. Our invitations trigger on purchase behaviour only.
  • Don't offer anyone anything for a review of our products, and don't review a product you haven't personally bought and used.
  • If you're a creator who has reviewed our products, that review now carries a material connection and must disclose it or be removed.

5. Prohibited promotion

  • No brand bidding. No paid search or shopping ads on "Veyamoon", "veyamoon.com", misspellings, or brand-plus-modifier terms ("veyamoon discount", "veyamoon coupon"). First offence forfeits the quarter's commission; second is permanent removal.
  • No coupon, deal, or cashback sites. Don't submit our codes to RetailMeNot, Honey, Slickdeals, Rakuten, Coupons.com, Capital One Shopping, browser extensions, or any equivalent. Leaked codes are deactivated and the account removed without payout.
  • Describe our products only by their published titles. Do not call our pieces "gold", "silver", "diamond", "gemstone", or any unqualified precious-material or gemstone name. Our pieces are handmade — hand-set stones, hand-applied enamel — and you're welcome to say so; but the materials are rhinestone / crystal / cubic-zirconia / resin / plated, and every title is written to say exactly that — use the title as published, verbatim.
  • No trademark use in domains, handles, or app names; no sites implying you are us; no paid ads using our creative or brand name without written approval; no email to purchased or scraped lists.
  • No self-referral — your own orders earn nothing.

6. Your code, and how customers save

Your code gives your audience 10% off their first order and attributes the sale to you; you're paid 15% whether they use your code or your link. Our store applies one automatic discount — the single best one for the customer, never a stack:

Offer Discount
First-order welcome (automatic) 8% off
Your creator code (first order) 10% off
2 pieces (quantity) 12% off
3+ pieces (quantity) 15% off

The system applies the largest one the customer qualifies for — your 10% code beats the 8% welcome; our automatic 15% on three pieces beats a 10% code. You're paid your 15% commission either way. You may say "10% off your first piece with my code" (they get at least that, sometimes more). Do not promise a specific final price, or that offers stack. Your code is unique to you; if it leaks to a coupon site it is deactivated.

7. Content ownership

You own your content and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost it on our own channels with attribution and the disclosure intact. We won't repost content that lacks a disclosure, and we won't use your content in paid advertising without a separate written agreement and compensation.

8. Term & termination

Either side may end the partnership at any time, with notice. On termination for cause (a disclosure, review, or promotion breach) unpaid commission is forfeited; otherwise, accrued commission past the 50-day hold is paid on the next normal cycle. Remove active links and codes within 14 days — evergreen content may remain if the link is removed or de-monetised.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Rate changes are not retroactive; continued participation after the notice period is acceptance.

10. Contact

Questions, or unsure whether a disclosure is adequate? Email business@hongzhaotech.com — we would much rather answer the question than enforce the rule.
