You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Every order arrives in elegant, gift-ready packaging at no extra cost.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
US Standard: 7-14 business days. International: 7-20 business days, varies by destination.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders over $59. Otherwise $6.99 standard.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders outside the US may be subject to local import taxes or duties.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Free 30-day returns on unworn items in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email business@hongzhaotech.com with your order number and we'll send you the steps.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of us receiving your return.

Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Most of our pieces use nickel-free, skin-friendly materials.
Will the plating fade?
Like any plated piece, the finish lasts longest with gentle care. Keep it dry and away from perfume, lotion and water.
How should I care for my brooch?
Keep it dry, store it in the pouch it arrives in, and avoid perfume and lotion.
