Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, please contact us and we will help you find the best solution.

Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

How to start a return
Email business@hongzhaotech.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send return instructions before you ship the item back. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available when replacement stock is available. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Non-returnable items
Final sale items, personalized items, gift cards, and items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alteration cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution at no additional cost to you.
