This policy covers Veyamoon Content Studio, our internal tool for preparing and managing content for Veyamoon's own Pinterest business account. Our store privacy policy covers shopping separately.

Information the tool uses

With the account owner's authorization, the tool may process the connected account name, its own board and Pin identifiers, approved product images and copy, destination links, available Pinterest analytics, publication records, and OAuth tokens. It does not collect Pinterest passwords or session cookies, unrelated Pinners' private data, customer order details, or payment information.

Purpose and authorization

We use these records to prepare content, identify the correct board, publish content approved by the owner, verify publication, and understand available results. Pinterest authorization occurs on Pinterest's own authorization page. Publishing remains disabled while access and content approval are being verified.

Storage and service providers

The service runs on OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Application records are stored in server-side object storage. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage with a separate runtime key. Secrets are not included in browser pages or public source. Pinterest receives the requests and content needed for authorized actions. These providers may also process technical request information under their own policies. We do not sell application data or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

Connection credentials are retained while the owner keeps the integration connected. Disconnecting through the administrative service deletes the stored connection credentials. Drafts and publication records are retained until the owner deletes them or requests deletion. Temporary OAuth requests expire after 10 minutes and are removed when consumed. Technical or infrastructure logs may have separate provider retention settings.

Control

The owner may revoke access in Pinterest settings and request deletion of application records at hello@veyamoon.com. Removing local records or revoking the integration does not delete Pins already published on Pinterest; those remain under the owner's control in Pinterest.
